Fred is a writer, actor and director currently based in Naarm/Melbourne. His work explores dysfunction and alienation through a blend of surreal plotting, carefully observed mundanity, and darkly satirical humour.
In 2021, he attained a Master of Theatre (Writing) from the Victorian College of the Arts under the tutelage of Raimondo Cortese. His graduation project was Alison Goes to ALDI for Her Aunt, which later toured Sydney and Melbourne in 2022 alongside his play Notes from the Moonee Ponds Canal.
